Our client has an immediate need for a
Presentation and Design Manager to support
the company's internal and external
presentations. All work to be performed on-
site at our MA client. Contract position is
expected to go permanent in early 2008
Summary:
Design and produce internal and external
presentations and other media, supporting
the direct sales force, executives,
internal communications and partners. Key
player in the development and
implementation of value proposition to the
external audience. This will include
presentations for product announcements,
customer events, executive meetings,
analyst meetings and trade shows. Also
provide supporting graphic development for
print and multimedia. Provide leadership in
the use of 3D presentation techniques. Responsibilities:
-Presentation design and development for
product announcements, trade show “loops”,
executive-level value propositions,
customer presentations and sales events
-Collaborate with senior management for
messaging development and creation
-Ability to conceptualize and create
innovative vehicles for delivering complex
3D PLM value proposition
-Hire and manage freelancers when work load
requires additional staff
-Collaborate with video producers to
produce compelling footage of company's
value proposition
Knowledge/Skills:
-Prior presentation/multimedia experience
for a minimum of 8 years with a proven
track record in presentation design and
development
-Expert knowledge in MS PowerPoint 2003 and
Adobe Photoshop
-Knowledge or experience with any of the
following multimedia tools: Virtools and/or
industry standard computer design packages
like Macromedia Director, Macromedia Flash
and Flash 3D Animator, Director and
Dreamweaver

-Help lead technical, administrative, and
support staff teams in planning, logistics,

deliverables
-Provide advanced graphics design and
layout as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
-BA / BS degree in graphics design or
marketing
-Minimum of 3 years experience in a
Publications or Marketing department, with
responsibilities including graphics and
layout design related to marketing or
events coordination
-Some supervisory experience preferred
-Experience in visual and collateral design
supporting highly technical users of an
electronic document management system
-Expertise with the standard graphics
software toolkit

Job Summary:
The Visual Design Team is responsible for
building and maintaining the visual
identity of the company by creating
intelligent and distinctive print
collateral, presentation graphics and Web
sites for our offices worldwide. We're
looking for a designer who has solid design
talent and excellent technical skills.
Responsibilities
-Collaborate with creative director, visual
designers, writers, and internal clients to
create/update the following:
-Printer-ready files for a variety of
collateral including brochures, event
graphics, and trade show materials
-Information graphics for marketing
presentations
-Pages on company's Worldwide Web sites
-Manage numerous print and web projects,
from conceptualization and design
development to detailed production work
Qualifications:
-BFA in graphic design or equivalent
experience
-Minimum of 3 years experience in a design
firm, agency, or in-house design group
-Expert-level skill in visual design
software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
-Strong understanding of print production
-Working knowledge of Web design
principles, techniques, and technologies
including HTML/CSS
-Intermediate-level skill in PC-based
software including Word, PowerPoint and
Dreamweaver
-Strong collaboration skills and the
ability to clearly articulate the 'whys' of
your work
-Experience interacting with clients
Pluses:
-Illustration and information graphic
experience
-Software industry experience
-Working knowledge of Flash
-Experience working with engineers, or
working in an engineering-driven
organization
