Regulatory Compliance Analyst

We have ongoing needs in NH and MA for Regulatory Compliance Analysts to support international regulatory licensing and compliance efforts for our government customer.
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for ITAR and EAR and related international regulatory licensing and compliance for a large business unit to ensure the required USG approvals are obtained to support International marketing and contracts initiatives.
-Advise program, contracts and procurement personnel on export control requirements, licensing strategy, training, ensuring compliance with export control laws, drafting, submitting and managing licenses and agreement submittals to the Departments of State and Commerce, and all required recordkeeping therein.
-Handle export jurisdiction and classification projects as required to support various business divisions and special compliance projects.
-Interprets federal and state and/or international regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and other processes, practices and procedures.
-Implements policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met.
-Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc.
-May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies.
-May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.
Requirements:
-At least 3 - 5 years experience drafting and submitting export licenses and agreements, as well as interpreting and providing guidance on U.S. ITAR and EAR regulations for the licensing of commodities, technical data and defense services.
Basic Qualifications:
-10 Years with Bachelors; 8 Years with Masters -A working knowledge of ES and Corporate Policies and Procedures is preferred, as well as knowledge of ES product lines, customers and USG regulations.
-Experience in Law or Contracts Management or a related field is helpful.
